What this lesson covers

This case study extends the liquidity grab and break of structure concept to a situation that is less clean than the textbook version. In the first example a single candle closed beyond the level. Here a series of candles closes above it, which looks convincing and traps a great many traders. The lesson works through a live chart: the original high, the pullback that follows, and the spike that appears to be a break but is a liquidity grab taking out the orders resting above. It shows what to look for in the way price returns, how the candles behave after the move, and how to distinguish a genuine shift in structure from a deeper and more persuasive stop hunt before committing to a position.
