What this lesson covers
This lesson covers support and resistance from first principles, treated simply as structure and how the market moves between levels. It follows price dropping, retesting a level and bouncing, and shows how these reactions build the dynamic areas traders watch. The most important idea in the lesson is the flip: a support level that finally breaks becomes resistance when price returns to it from below, and the reverse holds for broken resistance. Understanding why that happens, in terms of the traders positioned at that level and what they do when price comes back, turns it from a rule to memorise into something you can read on any chart. It is the foundation the rest of the course builds on, so it is worth being thorough with.
