What this lesson covers
No man's land is the middle of a pattern, whether that pattern is a wedge, a channel or anything else, and this lesson explains why it is where most traders lose money. In the middle there is no confirmation available and nothing to define risk against, so a trade taken there is a guess dressed as analysis. Ideally the BLT method takes trades at the edges, outside the pattern, where the structure gives both a reason and a level. The lesson covers how to recognise when price is in no man's land, why it feels so tempting to act while waiting, and what to do instead, which is generally to leave the chart alone until price reaches a decision point.
