What this lesson covers

This lesson covers what the presenter calls the pentagon correlation, which is the dollar together with the Nasdaq, the S and P 500 and the US 30. Analysing these four alongside one another gives a read on risk sentiment that no single chart provides, and it applies whether you are trading currencies or indices. The approach shown is deliberately simple, and the lesson acknowledges that most professional treatments of intermarket analysis are considerably more complicated than they need to be. It works through how to set the four up, what to look for in the way they agree or diverge, and how that read feeds into the decision on an individual position.
