What this lesson covers
This lesson works through the session indicator itself, showing how to draw the tools and use the session breaks in practice. Before that it covers volatility within each session, which determines when it is worth being at the screen. In the Asian session the first four hours are the most productive, because the crossover between Sydney and Tokyo produces multiple opportunities, and the same logic applies to the other sessions in their own way. The lesson works through each in turn, showing the periods within a session that offer genuine movement and the periods that offer only enough to tempt you into a trade that will not go anywhere.
