What this lesson covers
A liquidity pool is an area holding a large number of orders, most of them stops waiting to be triggered, and this lesson shows how to locate one precisely. The process starts with identifying equal highs, since that is where the orders accumulate. From there you look left to the most recent significant structure and take the range between that move and the equal highs, and that range is the pool. The lesson works through the identification step by step on the chart, and is deliberate about the order of the steps, because a pool marked without the structural reference is simply a rectangle. Once drawn correctly it tells you where price is likely to be drawn toward, which is useful for targets as well as for entries.
