What this lesson covers
A short live session in which the presenter is explicit that he will not be trading that day, and therefore sees no reason to look for setups. That framing is worth more than the analysis that follows, because refusing to force trades on a day that does not warrant them is one of the harder habits to build and one of the most valuable. The session works through the charts anyway, keeping the group's read current without producing positions for the sake of it. Sessions like this show the unglamorous side of a professional routine: preparation continues on quiet days, the watchlist is maintained, and the absence of a trade is treated as a normal outcome rather than a wasted morning.
