What this lesson covers
This lesson is a case study in self sabotage, recorded with a member of the community who volunteered to have his own trading examined openly. That willingness is what makes it valuable, because the pitfalls discussed are ones almost every developing trader recognises but few are willing to show. The conversation covers the patterns that appear specifically while learning and applying a new strategy: the modifications made too early, the setups taken outside the rules, the results judged over far too short a period, and the loss of confidence that follows. Working through one trader's actual behaviour rather than a general description makes the mechanism visible, and makes it easier to spot the same pattern in your own record.
