What this lesson covers
This lesson turns emotions into something you can analyse rather than something you simply experience. The method is to treat your emotional state as a data point recorded alongside the trade. Working from a live position on the euro, with the analysis complete and the quasimodo, equal highs and other structure identified, the lesson deliberately sets the entry and exit aside as irrelevant for this purpose. What matters is what you were feeling while the decision was made and while the position ran. Recorded consistently, that information reveals which states produce your good trades and which produce your poor ones, which is far more actionable than the general advice to stay calm.
