What this lesson covers
The technology behind a funded account decides more than most traders realise. This lesson explains the difference between firms that build and run their own systems and firms that rent everything from a third party provider. It covers what that difference means in practice: platform stability during volatile sessions, how quickly orders fill, whether your account data is accurate and consistent, and what happens when something breaks at the worst possible moment.
