What this lesson covers
This lesson covers strategies built around indicators, and it starts by being clear about what indicators are. They are calculations on past price, which makes them useful for organising information and useless as predictions on their own. It groups them by what they measure: trend, momentum, volatility and volume, and explains what each group adds to a decision. It then compares an indicator led approach with a pure price action approach, honestly, including where each one struggles. The most valuable part is the hybrid: using price action to find the opportunity and one or two indicators to confirm it, rather than letting a crossover make the decision for you. It also covers how indicator settings should follow the market you trade instead of being copied from a tutorial.
