What this lesson covers
A trading plan is the written version of every decision you have already made, so that the market does not get to make them for you. This lesson sets out the components a plan needs to be useful. Your goals and what success actually looks like. The markets and sessions you trade and the ones you leave alone. Your setup defined precisely enough that another person could recognise it. Entry, stop and target rules. Risk per trade, daily limits and what happens after a losing run. A routine for before, during and after the session, and a review schedule. The lesson also covers how to keep a plan short enough to follow, and how it should evolve with evidence rather than with mood.
