What this lesson covers
The second practical example works through a long position on the euro against the Australian dollar, reference 0001, taken on the daily chart and described as a classic case of the setup. Daniel walks through the structure as it appeared before entry, the rules that made it a valid trade and the direction they produced, then follows what actually happened once the position was open. Alongside the analysis he covers what could not have been done differently, which is as useful as knowing what could, since it separates a mistake from an outcome. The example is chosen because it is unusually clear, which makes it a good reference to return to when a later chart is more ambiguous.
