This lesson covers the rules of entry for the PT technique in detail, including the price action that qualifies and the mini explosion that confirms it. The rules are precise because a great deal of analysis and testing went into establishing them, and they are designed so that a trader who cannot sit at the screen all day can still apply them reliably. Rule one concerns the sixty three percent level measured from point four to point five, and the lesson works through exactly how that is measured and what has to happen there. Risk is covered alongside the entries, since the two are set together rather than the risk being decided after the trade is identified.
