What this lesson covers
This lesson deals with how much to risk per trade, and the answer depends on which version of the strategy you are trading. With five entries available at level two plus two more for the PT, taking every one of them is a very different exposure from taking only the PT entries, and the risk per trade has to reflect that. Daniel works through the options and the arithmetic behind each, keeping it deliberately simple at this stage. The important point is that the risk figure follows from the number of entries you intend to take rather than being chosen first, because a percentage that is sensible for one approach will breach a funded account under another.
