What this lesson covers
This lesson takes the mission statement and builds it out into a structured plan. Where the statement says why you trade, the personal trader's mission connects that purpose to your actual strengths, your goals and the kind of trader you are working toward becoming. It walks through identifying what you are genuinely good at, what you have avoided admitting you are not, and how each of those should shape the way you trade rather than being worked around. The argument behind it is simple. A trader without a defined direction is pulled by whatever is loudest, whether that is market noise, a strong emotion or a short term result, and ends up reacting rather than executing. A mission gives every decision something to be measured against.
