What this lesson covers
This lesson closes the work on cognitive biases and answers the obvious question, which is what to actually do about them. The starting point is honest: you cannot remove these biases, because they are how human minds work, and recognising your own behaviour in the previous lessons is normal rather than a failing. What separates consistently profitable traders is awareness of their particular strengths and weaknesses, and the systems they build around the weaknesses. The lesson covers those systems in practical terms, including rules defined in advance so decisions are not made under pressure, journalling that records reasoning rather than only results, and review processes designed to surface the biases you are most prone to rather than confirm that you are improving.
